For screen capture I used <a href="http://www.shinywhitebox.com/home/home.html" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://www.shinywhitebox.com/home/home.html">IShowU</a> for screen capture and then had to convert it from SWF to FLV through <a href="http://www.techspansion.com/visualhub/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://www.techspansion.com/visualhub/">VisualHub</a>.
