    I know how you felt. I am also on the 2 week diet before surgery and I am not taking it well. I have severe migraines when I get hungary I am only on the first day and have a massive migraine. How did you do did you loose the weight? Please give me any info if you can. how are you doing now after the surgery?

    I followed a stricter diet than required because I had gained weight 2 months before, so with 2 weeks left, I dropped 27 lb in 8 days, right in time for OFFICIAL weigh in...that was close.

    Hi! Just wondering how you are doing. Also would like to know the details of your pre-op diet. Did it contain liquid protein? Did it also contain "real" food? Was it difficult to follow?

    I TO AM ON THE LOW FAT PRE-OP DIET AND FEEL LIKE I AM STARVING. JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAD ANY TIPS. I HAVE 6 MORE POUNDS TO LOSE BY MAY 12.

    My name is Anna and Im at the end of my perop for surgery but need to still have a psy-eval but was told that I have to start a perop diet what is that? I have lost 22 pound already and really need some insite on this.

    You should have tried to use some Herbal Life products. They are quite good when it comes to keeping you low on calories and not starving.
