hi larry,
i had my surgery march 24, 2009. i have lost a total of 55 pounds so far. i am not sure if it was worth it though. i have been really frustrated. i throw up almost on a daily basis. not sure if i am advancing my diet too fast or maybe not chewing good enough, or maybe eating too fast. i have problems with nausea. i have not been tried salad yet. just now eating soft veggies. i will be glad when i can eat salads. i can eat watermelon though, which is good because i love watermelon. how are you doin now?
