Doctor did my blood work and it came back fine.  It seems like I can equate my light headedness with just sheer lack of food.  If I force myself to eat more, I don't do it as much. That will make you dizzy and pass out.  I know!  It has to do with low blood sugar.  Have your doctor test for that.  And it is very common in GB Patients.
