I think you can be both Brad plus a third. That is certainly my goal. We can add in another element of humanity. We are put on this earth for a limited amount of time. With this thought, my goal is to use my business(s) to help others. From team members, their families to clients and others I meet along the way. Encouraging everyone to do better for all. Helping one another. That I think is a third aspect to include and why not be all three: lifestyle, high growth and altruistic.
