The more and more you write Brad the more and more we connect. Both share the same thoughts and am so thankful for the kick ass team we have. Everyone here plays such an important role. Thinking of this team as an extended family is so important as everyone has different needs at different times. Being mindful of those needs and listening will help bring everyone closer together for the great good. I am truly grateful to have the opportunity to work with everyone here and so thankful for the talents they bring and share everyday.
